My stay at this hotel was not ideal. The strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel was overwhelming, despite requesting a non-smoking room. On the bright side, the staff was wonderful, and the breakfast offered was quite enjoyable. The room was on the smaller side, which is typical in Japan, but it felt cramped for a double. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're sensitive to smoke.
